Der Flachbandleiter wird mittels einer
Schweisszange an das Kontaktteil
geschweisst�
Schweissparameter sind entspre-
chend der Leiterbändchendicke
anzupassen und durch Versuche zu
verifizieren.
Entsprechende Kontaktdaten zu
Schweissspezialisten können auf An-
frage zur Verfügung gestellt werden�

The ribbon conductor is welded onto
the contact part by means of welding
tongs�
Welding parameters must adapted to
the thickness of the ribbon conductors
and verified by tests.

Mit dieser Klemmfeder können Flach-
bandleiter mit einer Dimensionierung
von (bxd) 3 mm-8 mm x 0,15 mm -
0,5 mm angeschlossen werden�

With these spring clips it is possible to
connect ribbon conductors with a di-
mension range of (wxh) 3 mm - 8 mm
x 0,15 mm - 0,5 mm

Legen Sie die Flachbandleiter über die
Anschlussfahne und drücken Sie mit
Hilfe einer Flachzange das Leiterbänd-
chen fest an den Kontakt�
Das Leiterbändchen sollte dann wie in
ill� 13 gezeigt so eng wie möglich am
Kontakt anliegen�

Lay the ribbon conductors over the
contact tag and use flat-nosed pliers
to press the conductor firmly on to the
contact� The conductor should then
lie as closely as possible against the
contact, as shown in ill� 13�
