If the instrument detects any fault conditions, the corresponding error code
will be displayed.
The following error codes are defined:

Measuring range
exceeded
■ Input signal too high
■ Faulty connection
■ The error message will reset
itself once the input signal is
once more within the permis-
sible limits.
■ Check the transmitter and
the instrument configuration
(e.g. input signal).
Err.2
Measured value
below allowable
range
■ Input signal too low, or
negative
■ Current less than 4 mA
■ Sensor burnout
■ The error message will reset
itself once the input signal is
once more within the permis-
sible limits.

(e.g. input signal).

Indication range
exceeded
■ Scaling incorrect ■ The error message will be
reset once the display value
is once more < 9999.
