2.2.8. Connection to Shuttlebox X10
This interface is for connecting the PCMatic
®
-Shuttlebox. The 25-pole SUB-D connector is connected
in an identical way. As standard equipment, a 2 m connecting cable is included in the initial delivery.
Other lengths can be supplied on request. Alternatively, an adapter cable is available, to provide a
connection between the programming device and the Fieldbus. The pin allocation of the connector is
detailed below:

All LEDs are attached to a 5 V supply without a preliminary resistor. By use of the Fieldbus diagnosis, it
is also possible to transfer the Fieldbus configuration via PCMCon. The programming device interface
corresponds with the serial interface COM1. For the Start/Stop switch, 5 V corresponds with the Stop
status. For Reset PCM, 5 V corresponds with the Reset value. The UPS signals are used by the
PCMatic
®
-Shuttlebox.
