neuen Locatorstellung muss zuerst
der Positionierbolzen (
P) entriegelt
werden, bevor die neue Einstellung
vorgenommen wird�

Von Zeit zu Zeit sollte eine Crimp-
masskontrolle vorgenommen werden�
Dazu wird ein beiliegender Lehrdorn
(
D) von Ø 1 mm benötigt. Am Stellrad
(
S) wird das Mass 1 mm (Pos. 0) ein-
gestellt und die Zange geschlossen�
In dieser Stellung muss der Lehr-dorn
ohne Spiel zwischen den Crimpdornen
bewegt werden können� Ist dies nicht
der Fall, kann über die Feineinstellung
des Stellrades die Massabweichung
ermittelt wer-den� Liegt die Abwei-
chung plus oder minus 0,06 mm, ist
der Zangenlieferant zu kontaktieren�

The crimp size should be occasion-
ally checked. This requires a Ø 1 mm
gauge pin (
D) which is supplied with
the pliers. The size 1 mm (pos. 0) is
set on the knob (
S) and the pliers are
closed� In this position it must be pos-
sible to move the gauge pin between
the crimp mandrels without play� If
this is not the case, the size devia-
tion can be determined by the fine
adjustment of the setting knob� If the
deviation is plus or minus 0,06 mm,
the supplier of the pliers must be
contacted�
