Parameter 12: To permit a time interval of over 3.2 milli-
seconds, parameter 12 can realize a counter that uses only
every nth timer pulse for latching. To permit a latching interval
of 9 milliseconds, for example, parameter 11 must be set to 46
(corresponds to 3 milliseconds) and parameter 12 set to 3.
