The T-piece clamping device mounted. The cross slide with
double pointed tube shots into the right leadership, center it
and fasten with clamping screws, the cross slide with a simple
sloping pipe holder in the left guide use.

Where appropriate reduction clamping inserts for the
appropriate use pipe dimension.

Tubes to 45 ° miter saws and tension in the tensioning device
(fig A).
In milling, make sure that the pipe ends meet in the
middle of the cutter discs!

Attention! Print table for 90 ° using. Otherwise, process
as for a straight or segment welding!

Welded pipe and the top corner to relax just before the middle
of the tubes (so that enough material is left to achieve with the
cutters to adjust to the other tube) saw off.

This sawed-off pipe in the two right angles, acute tension
clamps. A third 45 ° sloping Saw-tube into the left tensioner
clamp (fig B).

Align the pipe pieces by moving the cross slide and adjust to

3.2.6 Setting up of Y-Pieces with 45° or 60° Outlet Ø 90 - 250 mm (fig.B)

Lateral clamping screws at the tables and take both basic clamping tools (2) from the guides.

Fit in the Y-piece chuck for 1.welding.

Into the guide of the left table, the small base plate and secure
with locking screws. Adjust to the base plate, the left Y-Piece
Ø250mm on the pintle, Adjust to the desired angle 22,5° or
30° (final position) and tighten with nuts and washers.

Insert on the right side, the base plate size. The right Y-Piece
pivot bolt on the front adjust and adjust them to the desired
angle and tighten tensioner.

For the preparation of the first weld two pipes must be cut as
shown with the addition of milling.

Insert tubes into the preassembled clamping tool and clamp.

When milling with a low pressure start and make sure that the tube ends meet in the middle
on the cutter disks.

Attention! Print table for 80° (Y-45° 1.) or 0° (Y-60° 1.) using. Otherwise, process as
for a straight or segment welding.

After the first welding operation is finished, remove the workpiece and rebulit the Y-piece
clamping device for 2. welding.
