Left Y-element small mount of the base plate (right) on the base plate size (left) and set
appropriate angle.

The base plate of the left see small table and left main basic
clamping tools Ø315, 30° (no. L22245) insert in the leadership
of the left table.

Insert the workpiece from the first weld in the right Y-clamps
and clamp firmly with tops.

Third Pipe for Y-45 ° C to 22,5° or 60° Y-cut diagonally at 30°.

Cropped Insert tube into the left basic clamping tool, align and tighten.

During the milling process, the pipe ends where necessary to adjust to each other by one-
sided milling.

Attention! Print table for 45° (Y-45° 2.) or 60° (Y-60° 2.) using. Otherwise, process as
for a straight or segment welding.

3.2.7 Using electronic temperature controller

The welding machine is equipped with a Type 400 digital temperature controller.

The digital temperature controller has been ideally configured and set before leaving our factory.
To set temperature simply press the F key until “_SP” is indicated in the display. The operator
can now adjust the setpoint temperature between 0-280°C with the arrow keys.

If no keys are pressed, the display indicates the actual temperature, the controller automatically
sets the new temperature parameter. As long as the actual temperature is lower than the setpoint
temperature, the red arrow flashes (low). If the actual value is larger than the setpoint value, the
red arrow flashes (high). If the actual temperature corresponds with the setpoint temperature, the
green bar illuminates. Should the actual surface temperature of the heating plate not correspond
with the actual temperature indicated, it is possible to enter an “offset”. To define the offset,
press and hold the F key until “InP” appears in the display (approx. 7 sec.); release F key,
then press the F key as many times as required until “oFS” appears. Correct this value as
required. To save the new settings, press and hold F key until the actual value reappears in
the display.

Warning! Do not change any other heating plate parameters!

Note:

The autotuning function could cause the details under “CFG” to deviate minutely. Should hunting
occur, the autotuning function can be activated while the heating plate is cold (set the menue item
“S.tu” to “2” (two) in CFG menue, the system automatically resets the parameter to “0” (zero).
