6. Commissioning, operation
Use the "AUTO OFF DONE" option to set the parameters and return home. The auto
shut-off time is reset whenever a key is pressed.
6.4.5 Activating and deactivating a display
Use the "DISPLAY" option on the 'Display selection' main menu to access the display
activation menu.
The F2 key can be used to select the desired display. The "ON/OFF" option switches
the active display on or off. The active display and the current status "ON/OFF" are
shown in the lower display.
Select the "DONE" option to save the changes and return home. When a display
is deactivated its configuration is retained. As soon as the display is activated, the
configuration is checked against the configurations of the other currently-active displays.
If there is any conflict between configurations, the recalled display’s configuration is
modified to avoid the conflict. If all three displays are deactivated the lower display will
switch on automatically.
6.4.7 Damping
Damping can be turned ON or OFF using the "DAMPING" menu selection. As soon as
the damping function is switched ON, the calibrator displays the running average of the
last ten measurements. The calibrator makes approximately three readings per second.
