Abisolieren Stripping
Hinweis:

Anschlussleitungen mit einem Litzen-
aufbau der Klassen 5 und 6 können
angeschlossen werden.
Cables with a strand construction of
classes 5 and 6 can be connected.

Kontrollieren Sie das Mass b gemäss
Illustration 9 und Tabelle 1.

Check dimension b in accordance

Leitung abisolieren.
Entfernen Sie die Isolation des Ka-
bels auf einer Länge von 6 mm bis
7,5 mm.
Achtung:
Schneiden Sie beim Abisolieren
keine Einzeldrähte ab!

Strip cable insulation.
Remove 6 mm to 7,5 mm of insulation
from the end of the cable.
Attention:
Do not cut individual strands
while stripping
Crimpen Crimping

Öffnen Sie den Klemmbügel und
halten Sie ihn fest. Führen Sie das
Kontaktelement in die Bohrung des
zugehörigen Querschnittsbereichs ein
und drehen Sie die Crimplaschen nach
oben. Lassen Sie den Klemmbügel
los, damit das Kontaktelement fixiert
wird.

Open the clamp and hold.
Place the contact in the appropriate
cross section range.
Turn the crimp wings upwards. Re-
lease the clamp.
The contact is fixed.

Drücken Sie die Zange leicht zusam-
men, bis die Crimplaschen sicher
innerhalb der Crimp-Matrize liegen.

Press the pliers gently together until
the crimp wings are properly located
within the crimping die.
