Causes

Measures

The message "low BAT" is

shown in the display.

The rechargeable battery's

capacity is less than 10 %.

Charge the instrument using

the appropriate charger.

The backlight and the

internal 24 V test item power

supply are suddenly no

longer available.

The screen is dark because

the powersave function is

turned on. This is activated

when no buttons have been

touched for a certain time.

Press any key to interrupt

the powersave function,

and if necessary, increase

the idle time for the

powersave feature (see

chapter 7.4.5 "SETUP

additional menu item:

CPH-Configuration")

The screen will go dark after

the instrument is switched

on and during operation.

Rechargeable battery is

empty.

Recharge the internal

rechargeable battery using

the battery charger.

The screen is dark and

charging the battery has no

effect.

The battery charger is not

properly connected.

Check that the battery charg-

er is connected properly, and

also check (using appropri-

ately qualified personnel) that

the voltage supply is correct.

Measured values are fluctu-

ating heavily.

Malfunction during opera-

tion.

Switch off the instrument

and switch on again after

5 seconds.

There is an intermittent

audible alarm and in the

lower Info screen, there is a

message "Overflow".

The current pressure

value is slightly outside the

allowable pressure range

(2 ... 10 %).

Adjust the pressure appro-

priately.
