Vorbereitung der Tülle
Sleeve preparation

Der hintere Teil der Tülle (1) kann
dem Leitungsaussendurchmesser
angepasst werden. Dazu die Tülle an
der entsprechend markierten Stelle
abschneiden. Tülle (1) und Winkeltülle
(3) über die Leitung schieben. Gilt
nur für Leitungen mit Aussen-Ø unter
10,5mm.

The cable sleeve (1) can be adapted to
suit the cable diameter in that it is cut
down in the marked positions accord-
ingly. Push the sleeve (1) and the the
angled sleeve (3) onto the cable. For
cables with smaler Ø 10,5mm only!
Hinweis:
Talkum macht die Leitung gleit-
fähiger.
Note:
The cable slides easier with talcum
powder.

Preparation of the cable

Leitung auf Länge L abisolieren.

Strip cable insulation to the length L.
Konfektionierung
Wire assembly

Leitung in die Crimphülse des Kabel-
schuhs bis zum Sichtloch A einführen.
Mittels MC Crimpzange M-PZ-13
mit passendem Einsatz (siehe Tab. 1)
Leitung in Crimphülse verpressen.
Crimpzone beachten!

Insert conductor into the crimping
sleeve of the cable lug. Conductor
must be visible in the sight hole A.
Crimp the conductor with the MC
Crimping pliers M-PZ-13 and the cor-
rect insert (see Tab. 1) Crimp only in
the crimping zone!
Hinweis:
Leitung nicht anschweissen oder
anlöten!
Note:
Do not solder or weld the conduc-
tor!
