5 Maintenance
5.1 Service Intervals
The dispensing station is maintenance free. To ensure trouble-free operation, check
and adjust at regular intervals as required for the product being processed.
Activity When
Calibration Weekly, or more frequently if necessary,
in accordance with relevant product
specifications.
5.2 Cleaning the Pump
Cleaning a dispensing station of this type is extremely difficult whenever high-
viscosity products are handled. Chemical properties and product reactions must be
kept in mind. Please contact the manufacturer.
