Pneumatic
•
Connect the QS push-in fittings with appropriate tubing.
Recommendation: Use PUN-10 tubes from Festo (ID code “QS-large” in the Festo Configurator).

Electrical
Warning
Use only power sources which guarantee reliable electrical isolation of the operating
voltage in accordance with IEC/EN 60204-1. Consider also the general requirements
for PELV circuits in accordance with IEC/EN 60204-1.
Note
Long signal lines reduce the resistance to interference.
•
Make sure that the signal cables are not longer than 5 m.
Note
Electrical components may become damaged if the maximum permitted voltage is
exceeded.
•
Make sure that the operating voltage supply is DC 24 V ± 10 %.
•
Connect the cable socket to connection

Wire the vacuum module as illustrated in Tab. 3.
