Resetting the pressure switch of the vacuum module to factory
settings

(if the security code cannot be found)

Note

The factory setting of the pressure switch does not correspond to the delivery status of

the vacuum module. When delivered, the pressure switch exhibits the settings in

accordance with section 5 (

5 “ Quick commissioning with default settings”).

By resetting to factory settings, the current settings are lost. If required, make a note of

these settings before resetting.

To reset the pressure switch to factory settings, proceed as follows:

1. Switch off the operating voltage (M12).

2. Press all three setting elements (UP button + DOWN button + EDIT button) simultaneously and keep

them depressed.

3. Switch the operating voltage back on.

Maintenance and care

Switch off the following sources of energy before cleaning the exterior of the device:

Operating voltage

Compressed air supply.

If necessary, clean the exterior of the vacuum module.

Permitted cleaning agents are soap suds (max. +60 °C) and all non-abrasive agents.

Disassembly

1. Switch off the following sources of energy before

dismantling:

Operating voltage of the valve terminal and the vacuum module

Compressed air supply.

2. Disconnect the electrical and pneumatic connections from the vacuum module.

3. Disassemble the vacuum module.

Note

Use a new seal when replacing the vacuum module.
