1 5. gradienten-ofen von A - Z Abgleich - Bei jeder Inbetriebnahme
wird auf 2 Referenzwiderstände, einer
für niedrige und einer für hohe
Temperaturwerte, kalibriert. Diese
Werte sind in der Betriebssoftware
programmiert. Falls durch Alterung
der Heizelemente oder Änderung der
Heizbankabdeckung (z.B. andere
Glassorte) die Oberflächentemperatur
nicht mehr den im Datenblatt angege-
benen Temperaturwerten entspricht,
kann der Service im Menüpunkt ‘Test’
die Heizbank abgleichen. Mit einem
speziellen Prüfblech, bestückt mit 4
Pt-100 Folienflachfühlern, kann die
Objekttemperatur um +/- 10 °C
korrigiert werden.
Abkühlzeit - Die Abkühlzeit ist abhän-
gig von der Raumtemperatur. Sie
wird durch Zuführung von Frischluft
(Raumluft) mittels zwei Walzenlüftern
direkt unter der Heizbank geregelt
und kann durch Programmierung der
Abkühltemperatur unter ‘Setup’
beeinflusst werden.
Abluft - Innerhalb der Heizzone wird
durch einen elektronisch überwachten
Lüfter ein geringes Vakuum erzeugt.
Dadurch werden alle freiwerdenden
Lösungsmittel, Wasserdämpfe etc.
durch die hintere Gehäusewand
Accuracy - The temperature accuracy is
determined by constantly controlling
the Pt-100 sensors in each heating
element. Actual and set temperatures
are compared by the microprocessor
and regulated to ± 1 °C. Control
accuracy is always referred to the
measurement of the Pt-100 in the
heating element. The set value stored
in the microprocessor and displayed
on the instrument is adjusted to a
special panel in such a way that it will
correspond to the surface
temperature of the panels used in the
test. Deviations from the surface
temperature of the test panel can
result from impurities between
aluminum body and the glass plate,
waviness in the glass plate, dirt on
the glass plate or on the bottom of
the test panel, uneveness in the panel
and uneven pressure from the
pressing device. Inaccuracies of
different measuring methods: the
most accurate surface temperature
readings are achieved with Pt-100 foil
sensors taped onto the test panel.
Although only the integrated signal is
measured, e.g. 100 °C - 100 °C, the
values are guaranteed to be within
± 1 °C of the surface temperature of
the test panel - providing the test
panel is not uneven. The second
