The base unit can be controlled using the programming remote control via a cable connection. In
addition, there is the option of using an Ethernet connection to enable programming over the LAN
via a laptop with a GUI.
The TWIN card output signals are fed over the preinstalled collection area and boosted via the
integrated hybrid amplifier to an output level of up to 107dBµV.
The base unit HF outputs can be cascaded. However, to reduce the system noise power it is often
advantageous to feed the output signals for multiple base units via an external diplexer and feed
them into the existing cable network.
The flexible mounting system supplied allows the base unit to be mounted on a wall or on a
professional 19” rack.
