3.10 SkyCable DVB-S2/QAM CI TWIN card (0000/5963)
3.10.1 Brief description
The DVB-S2/QAM CI TWIN card is used to demodulate two DVB-S2 satellite signals, enabling
them to then be processed into two QAM signals for the 100 MHz to 860 MHz frequency range.
The use of a CI module with a suitable Smartcard also allows the channels to be decoded directly
on the card.

This card can only be operated in the TechniNet BS4 base unit as it does not have its own power
supply or control panel and cannot supply voltage to an LNB. Operating and controlling the card is
only possible via the programmable remote control or a special PC software application.
