Product-Specific Commands—Description
MINimum allows to set the instrument to the
lowest supported value.
MAXimum allows to set the instrument to the
highest supported value.
DEFault allows the instrument to select a value
for the <Frequency> parameter.
New modulation frequency: 1 or 0 (CW).
