Write 16 Kanäle 16-Bit-Slave out. Data (OP_WR_16BIT_OUT_CX)
Mit diesem Kommando können 16 Kanäle von 16-Bit Ausgangsdaten für Slaves,
die nach dem Slave-Profil (S-7.3, S-7.4, S-7.5, S-7.A.8, S.A.9, S-7.A.A) aufge-
baut sind, geschrieben werden.
