SKS continued to extend its product range of mea-
suring accessories. You will find on the following
pages HF test probes for the direct connection to
oscilloscopes. The product line contains of stan-
dard products of the 5 mm series with switchable
dividing ratio as well as a test probe of the Micro -
line series 2.5 mm with fixed dividing ratio 10:1.

PML 711A with a input capacitan-
ce less than 9.5 pF is most appro-
priate for measurements of HF
signals where too high load of
the measuring point can falsify
the result. In this particular case
a short as possible ground con-
nection is recommendable. The
innovative IC contacting system
with five different IC adapters in
combination with Ground Blade
and IC ground copper pad is
ideal for shortcircuit-safe, repro-
ducible and authentic measure-
ments.
