Anschluss an einen Computer
Fehler Erklärung/Abhilfe
Der HD-Camcorder
wird vom Computer
nicht erkannt.
Der HD-Camcorder kann in einer Macintosh-
Umgebung nicht verwendet werden.
Entfernen Sie das USB-Kabel vom Computer und vom
Camcorder, starten Sie den Computer neu, und stellen
Sie anschließend die Verbindung wieder her.

Die Wiedergabe
einer
Videoaufnahme
auf einem PC
funktioniert nicht
richtig.
Für die Wiedergabe der Videoaufnahmen des
HD-Camcorders ist ein Video-Codec erforderlich..
Installieren Sie die mitgelieferte Software.
 Seiten 86-87. Verwenden Sie zum Installieren
die dem Camcorder beiliegende Software-CD. Die
Kompatibilität des Geräts mit anderen CD-Versionen
kann nicht garantiert werden.
Achten Sie beim Anschließen auf die korrekte
Ausrichtung des Kabels. Stecken Sie das USB-Kabel
fest in den USB-Anschluss am Camcorder.
Entfernen Sie das Kabel an Computer und Camcorder,
und führen Sie einen Neustart durch. Stellen Sie die
Verbindung ordnungsgemäß wieder her.

Die mitgelieferte
Software (DVD Suite)
funktioniert nicht
auf dem Macintosh
Computer.
Sie können die DVD Suite nicht auf einem Macintosh
Computer verwenden.

Die DVD Suite
funktioniert nicht richtig.
Beenden Sie die DVD Suite, und starten Sie den
Windows-Computer neu.

Bild bzw. Ton
des Camcorders
werden nicht
ordnungsgemäß
auf dem Computer
wiedergegeben.
Es ist möglich, dass die Wiedergabe oder der Ton auf
Ihrem Computer vorübergehend unterbrochen wird.
Bild und Ton, die auf den Computer kopiert wurden,
sind davon nicht betroffen.
Wenn der Camcorder an einen Computer
angeschlossen wurde, der eine schnelle USB-
Verbindung (USB2.0) nicht unterstützt, ist eine
fehlerfreie Wiedergabe von Bild und Ton nicht
gewährleistet. Bild und Ton, die auf den Computer
kopiert wurden, sind davon nicht betroffen.

Die Wiedergabe hält

Überprüfen Sie die Systemvoraussetzungen für die
Wiedergabe von Videoaufnahmen.  Seite 85
Schließen Sie alle anderen Anwendungen auf dem
Computer.
Wenn Sie eine Videoaufnahmen auf dem Camcorder
wiedergeben, während dieser an einen Computer
angeschlossen ist, wird je nach Übertragungsge-
schwindigkeit die Aufnahme nicht gleichmäßig
wiedergegeben. Kopieren Sie die Datei auf den PC,
und geben Sie sie anschließend wieder.

Connecting to a computer

The computer does
not recognise your
HD camcorder.
● You cannot use the HD camcorder in the Macintosh
environment.
● Disconnect the USB cable from the computer and
camcorder, restart the computer, then connect it
again correctly.
Cannot play a movie
file properly on a PC.
● A video codec is needed to play the file recorded on
your HD camcorder. Install the software provided
with your camcorder.  pages 86-87.
Please install by using the software CD that
came with this camcorder. We do not guarantee
compatibility for different CD versions.
● Make sure you insert the connector in the correct
direction, and connect the USB cable to the USB
jack on your camcorder firmly.
● Disconnect the cable from the computer and
camcorder, restart the computer. Connect it again
properly.
Cannot use the
provided software
(DVD Suite) on the
Macintosh computer.
● You cannot use DVD Suite with a Macintosh
computer.
DVD Suite does not
function properly.
● Exit the DVD Suite programme, and restart the
Windows computer.
The image or sound
on your camcorder
is not played on your
computer properly.
● Movie playback or sound may stop temporarily
depending on your computer. The movie or sound
copied to your computer is not affected.
● If your camcorder is connected to a computer that
does not support Hi-speed USB (USB2.0), the
image or sound may not be played correctly. The
image and sound copied to your computer are not
affected.
The playback
screen is paused or
distorted.
● Check the system requirements to play a movie.

● Exit other all applications running on the current
computer.
● If a recorded movie is played on your camcorder
connected to a computer, the image may not play
smoothly, depending on the transfer speed. Please
copy the file to your PC, and then play it back.
