- WARRANTY: We will recognise the

warranty for our pumps if their installation

coincides with the explanations given in

the technical instructions.

- The maximum medium temperatures are

120°C, for shorter times of less than 30

min up to 140°C, minimum temperature

allowed is 15°C.

- Ambient temperatures are in dependence

of medium temperature:

- AT = 30°C

MT = 120°C

- AT = 40°C

MT = 110°C

- AT = 50°C

MT = 100°C

- AT = 60°C

MT = 90°C

- AT = 65°C

MT = 85°C

- Maximum pressure in the system at PN6 is

6 bar, and at PN10, 10 bar.

- The pump must be properly installed, with

the shaft of the electric motor in the correct

position – a horizontal position.

- When installed, the piping system must be

in the correct position against the electric

motor – in a vertical position.

- The minimum operating pressure during

operation is dependent on the medium

temperature.

- During transport, the plant must be

completely filled with the medium and all

air bleed out.

- The electrical connection must be done by

a professional familiar with VDE and EU

regulations.

- Care must be taken that the display plate

contains precise details with technical char-

acteristics, with the electrical values upfront.

A) General

Instructions for work must always be on

hand for the installation and maintenance

personnel i.e. for supervisors and the

persons responsible for operating the pump.

During interventions on the pump, one must

be attentive to the safety at work regulations

and the warning signs:
*

GENERAL DANGER (negligence can

cause injury of user)

*

DANGER OF ELECTRICITY (negligence

can cause electric shock of user)

*

CAUTION (negligence can cause damage

or malfunction of pump)

- Negligence or failure to comply with

regulations and warnings can cause injury

to people, pumps, and environment. This

can lead to various accidents of electrical,

mechanical, or chemical origin, and release

of hazardous and noxious substances.

- Personnel for operational or maintenance

work with pumps (placement, assembly,

balancing, connection to an electrical

line, connection to the piping system)

must be qualified and trained for work

with pumps. Supervision and coordination

must be handled by an expert, who will

be able to solve problems and instruct the

appropriate maintenance services. For

major problems, please contact the pump

manufacturer directly.

Danger of burns! With devices pumping

hot medium, attention should be paid that

personnel do not come into contact with

hot upper surfaces of the pump.
B) Warning for maintenance services:

- All dismantled parts during intervention on

the pump must be guarded from contact.

- Removing protective parts from the

machine during operation is prohibited.

- If the medium leaks from the system, an

intervention should carried out without

threatening human health or endangering

the environment.

- Electrical connections and maintenance

must be carried out according to standards

and legislation including the safety at work

regulations.

C) Warnings for operating, maintenance,

and assembly personnel:

- The operating supervisor must ensure

that qualified personnel and experts for

each type of connection works carry out

assembly and maintenance works, and
