The Command Import in the File Menu
This command is used for loading existing measurements created with older software
versions. The Open file dialog box will be displayed for the selection of a measurement,
and the curves will then be displayed on the chart and profile pages. The data values
analysis results can be looked at in the analysis-notebook.
Import of measurements:
Index-Files (paqfiles.ind) = for DataPaq index files with a natural name
The Command Export in the File Menu
This command is used to save the active measurement in an export format that is
compatible with older software versions and can be used for data transfer. temp-chart will
automatically open the Save as dialog box allowing you to determine a name and
directory for the exported file.
Export Files (*.exp) = temp-chart exported files
Please note that you can also copy the pure measurement data values into the temporary
storage (and from there paste them into other applications) by switching to the values
page in the analysis notebook and executing the command Edit: Copy (or by using the
shortcut key
STRG + S ).
