By choosing the Preview option you can look at the true-to-scale printout on your screen
before finally printing or cancelling the process.
With the Printer button you can change the alignment and margins and, as a next step,
all other printer parameters.
The Command 1, 2, 3, 4 in the File Menu
By choosing one of the four numbers listed at the bottom of the file menu window, you can
open one of the four most recently used files.
