For information about the physical specifications of the Vanguard 6435/6455, refer
to Appendix A, Specifications.
Optional Cards You can purchase several types of cards to expand the capability of your Vanguard
6435 and Vanguard 6455. There are three types of cards:
• Vanguard Daughtercards
• Enhanced Vanguard Daughtercards
• Vanguard 6455 Option Cards

Vanguard 6435 Vanguard 6455
16 Megabytes of SDRAM (can be
expanded with an optional 32 Megabyte
DIMM). With release 5.6 and greater the
Vanguard 6455 is shipped with 32
Megabyte DIMM installed.
Expanded CMEM area from 64kbytes to
128 kbyte for the 12 MB Flash Option. Expanded CMEM area from 64kbytes to
128 kbyte for the 12 MB Flash Option.
