During conveyance, a part of the air is lost in the lock. As the device is only able to record the amount of air
before the lock, a leakage characteristic must first be read in. In order to determine the amount of leakage air,
which depends on the conveying pressure, the valve is slowly opened from 0 to 100% in 30 seconds, and the
leakage value is stored in intervals of 0.5 bar. During this process, each recorded value appears for 1 second
on the display.
The function "Read in Leakage Air" can be called up using the configuration menu and selecting "Valve Cha-
racteristic".
CAUTION
Be sure to observe the directions regarding the state of the system in the process
plan "Read in Leakage Air".
