Leica Biosystems Bond Oracle HER2 IHC System Instructions for Use TA9145 DE-CE-Rev_E 18/06/2013
Problem
Wahrscheinliche Ursache
Fehlerbehebungsmaßnahme
Gewebe hat sich
von Patienten-/
Kontrollobjektträger(n)
gelöst
Verwendung des falschen
Objektträgertyps oder
unzureichende Dränage
Stellen Sie sicher, dass für Patienten-/
Kontrollschnitte die richtigen Objektträger
verwendet werden (z. B. Leica BOND Plus
Slides – Produktcode S21.2113). Stellen Sie
sicher, dass die Objektträger ausreichend
entwässert und 12–18 Stunden (über Nacht)
bei 37 °C inkubiert werden. Schnitte, die
eine stärkere Haftung erfordern, können eine
weitere Stunde bei 60 °C inkubiert werden.
