8.2 Special conditions for safe use

T12.30.xxx:

The surface of the case is not conductive. The temperature transmitter

must be mounted in a way that electrostatic charges will not occur.
T12.xx.xx2:

Temperature transmitters in a hazardous area are supplied only

with associated intrinsically safe apparatus that are approved for

this hazardous area. These transmitters must be mounted in a case

that must at least correspond to following ingress protection IP 20

according to EN 60529 / IEC 60529.
T12.10.xx2 for category II 1G/IIC in addition:

The surface of the case is not conductive. The temperature transmitter

must be mounted in a way that electrostatic charges will not occur.
T12.xx.xx9 (Use as energy-limited equipment II 3G EEx nL):

The supply current circuit must fulfil the requirements for ignition

protection type II 3G EEx nL energy-limited per EN 50021. These

temperature transmitters must be mounted in a case that must at

least correspond to following ingress protection IP 54 according to

EN 60529 / IEC 529.
