Searching for the End of the Recorded
Part on a Cassette
(Blank Search)
With the Blank Search Function, you can quickly locate the
end of the recorded part on a cassette (or a blank part
between recordings).

Slide the [OFF/ON/MODE] Switch from the [ON]
position to put the Movie Camera in the VCR
Mode.
The [VCR] Lamp lights.

Press the [MENU] Button.
The [VCR FUNCTIONS] Main-Menu appears.

Turn the [PUSH] Dial to select [OTHER
FUNCTIONS] and then press the [PUSH] Dial.
The [OTHER FUNCTIONS] Sub-Menu appears.

Turn the [PUSH] Dial to select [BLANK
SEARCH].

Press the [PUSH] Dial to select [YES].
Approximately 1 second before the end of the last
recorded scene, the Movie Camera switches over to the
Still Playback Mode.

If there is no blank part on a cassette, the Movie Camera
stops at the end of the tape.

If you set the [OFF/ON/MODE] switch to [CAMERA] and
then start recording after the Blank Search has finished, the
new scene will be joined to the end of the last recorded
scene with a smooth transition.

To cancel the Blank Search before it finishes, press the [

Auffinden des Endes des
aufgezeichneten Bandabschnittes auf
der Cassette
(Leerstellen-Suchlauf)
Mit der Leerstellen-Suchlauf-Funktion können Sie das Ende
des aufgezeichneten Bandabschnittes auf einer Cassette
(oder einen aufnahmefreien Bandabschnitt zwischen
Aufnahmen) schnell und bequem auffinden.

Den Schalter [OFF/ON/MODE] von der Position
[ON] schieben, um den Camerarecorder auf
den Videorecorder-Modus umzuschalten.
Die Lampe [VCR] leuchtet.

Die Taste [MENU] drücken.
Das Hauptmenü [VCR FUNCTIONS] erscheint

Den Regler [PUSH] drehen, um [OTHER
FUNCTIONS] zu wählen, und dann den Regler
[PUSH] drücken.
Das Untermenü [OTHER FUNCTIONS] erscheint.

Den Regler [PUSH] drehen, um [BLANK
SEARCH] zu wählen.

Den Regler [PUSH] drücken, um [YES] zu
wählen.
Ca. 1 Sekunde vor dem Ende der letzten
aufgezeichneten Szene schaltet der Camerarecorder auf
Standbild-Wiedergabe um.

Falls sich auf der ganzen Cassette kein aufnahmefreier
Bandabschnitt befindet, schaltet der Camerarecorder am
Bandende auf Stopp um.

Wenn Sie nach beendetem Leerstellen-Suchlauf den
Schalter [OFF/ON/MODE] auf [CAMERA] umschalten und
dann erneut mit dem Aufnehmen beginnen, wird die neue
Szene mit sauberem Übergang an das Ende der zuletzt
aufgenommenen Szene angefügt.

Um den Leerstellen-Suchlauf vorzeitig zu beenden, die
Stopp-Taste [
