Remove the hinges. Use a toothpick to apply epoxy inside
each of the holes for the hinges. Fit the hinges into the control
surface making sure they are positioned as described. Allow
the epoxy to fully cure before proceeding.

Once the epoxy has fully cured, the control surface can be
attached to the fixed surface. Apply epoxy to both the hinge
and inside each hole. Fit the elevator and stabilizer together,
then allow the epoxy to fully cure before proceeding.

Ruder einkleben. Geben Sie dazu Epoxy auf das Scharnier

Prepare and install the hinges in the aileron at this time

sure to position each hinge correctly so the aileron can move
through the recommended range of throw.

Fit the aileron to the wing. Do not glue the aileron into position
at this time. Use a piece of low-tack tape at the tip to hold the
aileron in position while fitting the flaps to the wing.
