Apply a small amount of thin CA to harden the threads made
in the previous step.

Prepare the flap servos by installing the grommets and
eyelets. Center the servos using the radio system, then
install large servo arms (JRPA215, not included) so they
are perpendicular to the servo center line. The clevis for the
linkages will attach to the hole that is 25/32 inch (20mm)
from the center of the servo arm.
Bereiten Sie die Klappenservos durch Einsetzen der
Gummipuffer und Blechösen vor. Zentrieren Sie die Servos mit
der Fernsteuerung und montieren dann die langen Servoarme
(JRPA215, nicht im Lieferumfang) so dass diese rechtwinklig
zum Servo stehen. Der Gabelkopf der Anlenkung wird in das
Loch das 20mm von der Mitte entfernt ist gesteckt.

Align the servo arm with the line on the cover. Center the servo
on the cover as shown in the second photo.
Richten Sie den Servoarm an der Linie auf der Abdeckung aus.

Mark the location of the servo on the servo cover so the
mounting blocks can be secured to the cover.

Glue the 20 x 20 x 10mm servo mounting blocks to the servo
cover in the locations marked earlier. Use clamps or tape to
hold the block in position until the epoxy fully cures.

Markierungen. Fixieren Sie diese mit Klemmen oder Klebeband
bis das Epoxy ausgehärtet ist.

Position the servo between the blocks. With a gap of 1/32 inch
(1mm) between the cover and servo, mark the locations for
the servo mounting screws.
Setzen Sie das Servo zwischen die Blöcke. Lassen Sie einen
1mm Spalt zwischen Servo und Abdeckung und markieren die
Positionen der Befestigungsschrauben.

Remove the servo from the cover. Use a drill and 5/64-inch
(2mm) drill bit to drill the holes for the servo mounting
screws.
