Apply a small amount of thin CA to harden the threads made
in the previous step.

Prepare the aileron servos by installing the grommets and
eyelets. Center the servos using the radio system and install
the servo arms so they are perpendicular to the servo center
line. The clevis for the aileron linkage will attach to the hole
that is 19/32 inch (15mm) from the center of the servo arm.
Setzen Sie die Gummipuffer und Blechösen in die Servos ein.

Position the servo on the cover so the servo arm is centered in
the slot.

Mark the location of the servo on the servo cover so the
mounting blocks can be secured to the cover.

Glue the 20 x 20 x 10mm servo mounting blocks to the servo
cover in the locations marked earlier. Use clamps or tape to
hold the block in position until the epoxy fully cures.
Kleben Sie die 20 x 20 x 10mm Halteblöcke an den
Markierungen. Fixieren Sie diese mit Klemmen oder Klebeband
bis das Epoxy ausgehärtet ist.

Position the servo between the blocks. With a gap of 1/32 inch
(1mm) between the cover and servo, mark the locations for
the servo mounting screws.

1mm Spalt zwischen Servo und Abdeckung und markieren die
Positionen der Befestigungsschrauben.

Remove the servo from the cover. Use a drill and 5/64-inch
(2mm) drill bit to drill the holes for the servo mounting
screws.

Thread a servo mounting screw into each of the holes in the
aileron servo mounting holes. Remove the screws before
proceeding.
