Use sandpaper to remove the paint from the bottom of the flap
hinges. A piece of low-tack tape will help prevent accidentally
scratching the paint that will be visible when the hinges are
installed.
Schleifen Sie die Farbe am unteren Ende der

Check the fit of the flap hinges to the flap. They should rest
flush against the flap and be square to the flap as shown. Fit
all three hinges at this time.

ausgerichtet sein.

Insert the M3 x 8 socket head screws into the hinge, then slide
an M3 washer on the screw. Note that the heads of the screws
will face toward the wing tip when the flap is installed.

Place low-tack tape so it is 1/32 inch (1mm) from the control
horn. This will prevent epoxy from getting on the flap surface
when the hinges are glued in place.

Fit the remaining hinges to the wing. Fit the hinges together
using the screws placed in the flap hinges earlier. Secure the
screws using an M3 nut. Place tape around the hinges in the
wing at this time.
Passen Sie die verbleibenden Ruderhörner ein und verbinden
diese mit Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben und Muttern. Kleben
Sie die Fläche um die Ruderhörner mit Klebeband mit geringer
Klebkraft ab.

Check the alignment of the flap to the aileron and wing. It
must align with both. Adjust the position of the flap and
hinges as necessary. The aileron may also require a slight
amount of adjustment for alignment.
Prüfen Sie die Ausrichtung der Klappe auf dem Querruder
und der Tragfläche. Diese muß mit beiden übereinstimmen.
Positionieren Sie die Klappe und Scharniere falls notwendig.
Bei dem Querruder könnte auch eine Ausrichtung notwendig
sein.
