2.1

Device designation

The "Promass 80/83" flow measuring system consists of the following components:
• Promass 80 or 83 transmitter.
• Promass F, Promass M, Promass E, Promass A, Promass H, Promass I, Promass S or Promass P

sensor.

Two versions are available:
• Compact version: transmitter and sensor form a single mechanical unit.
• Remote version: transmitter and sensor are installed separately.
