File Format
Select the format of the desired file:
When opening a measurement use:
the standard extension *.btr for temp-chart files
other extensions (*.*) for all other files
When importing a measurement use:
Index-Files (paqfiles.ind)
= for DataPaq index files with a natural name
DataPaq-Files (*.paq) = for individual DataPaq measurements with a cryptical
name
DataPaq Exported Files (*.exp) = for files created with the DataPaq export function
Drives
Choose the drive containing the desired file.
Directory
Select the directory containing the desired file.
Network ...
Use this button to mark a network drive.
The Command Save in the File Menu
This command is used for saving the active measurement under its current name and
directory. When saving a measurement for the first time, temp-chart will automatically
open the Save as dialog box, so that you can give a name to your document. For
changing the name and directory of an existing measurement, you can also use the Save
as command.
The Command Save as in the File Menu
This command is used to save the active measurement and give it a name. temp-chart
will open the Save as dialog box, allowing you to determine a name for your
measurement as well as the directory in which you want it stored.
