Folder If you have opened a template and go to this page, you can enter or
search for a name in this column. Choose or make a new directory for
your templates.
Picture Name of a picture file that you want to add to the comments for printing.
Use the Search button to select a suitable file.
In the table of sensors you can change the names of the sensors.
Note:
Please enter the sensor names when describing the measurement in the acquisition
setup page to keep the print-outs of various measurements compatible.
The Command Critical Values in the Index-tab Settings at the Lower Screen Margin
Use this command to open the setup page Critical Values. It contains the critical values
and duration times required for controlling the hardening process. In most cases these
values are furnished by the supplier of the material.
The respective limiting value is indicated in the temperature column, and the required
duration time is stated in the time column:
Min
the minimum temperature that should be reached
Max the maximum temperature that should not be exceeded
Low the lower limit and the duration time of the lower temperature limit
Ref/Mid the mean or reference temperature and the duration time of the reference
temperature
High the upper limit and the duration time of the upper temperature limit
Threshold limiting value for the calculation of the threshold analysis
Oven/Name used to assign these critical values to an individual oven, and then load
these critical values to use them in other templates
