Faults

Causes

Measures

An intermittent audio alarm

is audible and the display

shows lines rather than the

measured value.

The current pressure value

is more than 10 % outside

the allowable pressure

range.

Adjust the pressure immedi-

ately and appropriately.

The model CPT6000 refer-

ence pressure sensor is

not properly connected, or

there is a problem with the

connection.

Connect the reference

pressure sensor properly.

Check connection between

CPH6000 and CPT6000.

The test item (read via mA

or V measuring input) is not

responding.

Test item is not properly

connected.

Check the cabling.

Test item is without its own

power supply.

Activate the 24 V test item

power supply.

The test item (read via

mA or V measuring input)

displays a false value.

Wrong measuring range

entered for the test item.

Enter correct measuring

range of the test item.

CAUTION!

If faults cannot be eliminated by means of the measures listed above,

the ProcessCalibrator must be shut down immediately, and it must be

ensured that pressure and/or signal are no longer present, and it must

be prevented from being inadvertently put back into service.

In this case, contact the manufacturer.

If a return is needed, please follow the instructions given in chapter

10.2 "Return".
