6. Commissioning, operation
Auxiliary parameter level 2
In order to configure the auxiliary parameter level 2, first press △+▽-key and additionally
the MODE key for 3 seconds. To switch to the next parameter, press MODE key once
again. After setting up the final parameter, exit the menu by pressing the MODE key.

The multi-function input can be configured for thermocouples
(10 types) and resistance thermometers (2 types) with the units
°C/°F and also for current signals (2 types) and voltage signals
(4 types).
■
Before changing the input configuration from a voltage input to a
different input signal, disconnect the sensor from the instrument.
Only then change the input configuration. If the input configuration
is altered with a connected sensor, the measuring input can be
damaged.
■
For setting ranges see table “Setting ranges of the input configura-
tion” under this chapter.
