The DLV-Power expansion
The DLV-Power expansion is provided for the variants DL-Vision-AR and -ARU2 to con-
trol the ATX-Power and Reset buttons of the computer at the remote console.
Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery of the expansion includes the following items:
 G&D Power Card (slot card for installing in the computer)
 connection cable to connect G&D Power Card and computer module
 single-sided ready-made cable for connecting a panel to the user module
 2 × two-pin connection cable (0,4 metres)
 2 × two-pin extension cable (0,4 metres)
Functionality
The remote control of both ATX-Power and Reset function is carried out through a
panel with two buttons. The panel is installed at the remote console.
A four-pin modular socket on the back panel of the user module (CON) connects
the panel to the system. The connection cable that is provided in the scope of deliv-
ery has to be fixed to the panel (see Allocating the connection cable for the panel
on page 48).
NOTE: The panel to operate DLV-Power is not included in the scope of delivery of
DLV-Power and has to be assembled by an expert.
