The IP-Console Client software provides a virtual console within the IP network. This
virtual console enables the user to operate and configure the KVM matrix system.
Separate versions of this software are available for the following operating systems:
 Windows
 GNU/Linux
System requirements
To install and operate the IP-Console Client software, the computer on which the soft-
ware is to be installed has to meet the following requirements.
Windows version
 approximately 20 MB available disk space
 Windows XP, 2003, Vista or 7
 tested Windows version:

Microsoft Windows 7
GNU/Linux version
 approximately 20 MB available disk space
 at least 128 MB of system memory
 tested GNU/Linux distributions

GNU/Linux Ubuntu 12.10
 GNU/Linux Ubuntu 13.04
NOTE: This manual describes how to operate the Windows version of the software.
The variants only differ in their optic design.
