Bandwidth recognition
The provided bandwidth within an IP network can vary depending on the network
load. This might lead to a performance loss.
If you detect losses in the performance, it is recommended to re-execute the band-
width recognition.
How to execute the bandwidth recognition:
1. Open the control panel with the key combination
Ctrl+Shift (default).
2. Use the menu bar to click on System > Bandwidth recognition .
Displaying client/server information
The help menu can be used to read out information on the IP-Console Client (Client)
software and the KVM matrix system.
How to display client/server information:
1. Open the control panel with the key combination Ctrl+Shift (default).
2. Click Help > Info .
3. Click Client or Server to display the respective information.
4. Click Close .
Systemwide hotkeys in the client window
The following hotkeys are provided within an active client window:
Ctrl+Shift+Mouse key releases the mouse from the active client window
Ctrl+Shift+Num key In combination with a key of the keyboard’s keypad
you are enabled to scroll within the client window.
