Bandwidth
If a new profile is created, the Bandwidth recognition function (see page 17) is automat-
ically activated.
During the course of establishing the connection, this function determines the band-
width of the connection between the KVM matrix system and the local computer on
which the IP-Console Client software is applied.
Now, the determined value is applied to edit and transmit video information.
 As an alternative to the Bandwidth recognition, define one of the listed bandwidths to
be applied when establishing a connection.
NOTE: The provided bandwidth within an IP network can vary depending on the
network load. This might lead to performance losses.
Re-execute the bandwidth recognition during the session (see page 44) if you notice
performance losses.
ADVICE: The defined value can be adjusted during a session by performing the
bandwidth recognition (see page 44).
