Access Possibilities

The following access possibilities to the system exist:

Open Access: free access to the system.

Via defined user: log-in with password and name required.

As

supervisor.

In the following chapters the different access possibilities are described in
detail.

8.1.1

Access via OpenAccess

At the access via OpenAccess everyone has access to the LwLVision system
and the connected CPU.

The OpenAccess in default is defined as follows:

Access to the connected CPU without having logged in with name and
password

Access

to

Image Config for individually adjusting the video image

Access to the menu Console Setup

Manual logout via

F8

Re-initialization of the mouse.

In default OpenAccess to the menu Config is denied. This right can be
assigned by the supervisor. For this the supervisor has to assign the wanted
configuration rights in the menu User Account (

see chapters 7.2.3.4.4 –

7.2.3.4.7

).

As long as OpenAccess is enabled there is the possibility of getting access
without entering name and password even if the user account was already
compiled.

In order to protect the system against unauthorized access the supervisor has
to disable OpenAccess for users with such configuration rights. OpenAcess
can be managed in the UserAccount. For disabling OpenAccess open the
menu UserAccount which is a submenu of the Config Menu (

see chapter

7.2.3

).
