7.5.1

Printed LSS information on the sensor

To use the LSS functionality LSS data, which clearly identifies the sensor, is needed. The data are stored in
the identity object (object 1018h). This data is printed on every sensor.

Address the sensor with LSS

There are two possibilities to communicate with the sensor by LSS. The LSS service supports sensors in an
existing network but also sensors with a master.
In both cases the bus has to be brought in stop mode.
In LSS mode the sensors are addressed with ID 7E5h. The respond is with ID 7E4h.
